Residential Notifications

As of Thursday 1st March 2018 Security Services for Southport Central are no longer available for Residential. This has been a decision made by the Body Corporate. With regards to tenants/owners moving in or out, Security will no longer have anything to do with this, all lift bookings need to be made through the Residential Caretaking office. Please call 5631 2700 or 5631 2699. No moves will be taken place over the weekends until further notice.

 

With visitors entering the building, they must take a ticket on entering and the tenant/owner they are visiting must let them out, if they cannot let them out then unfortunately they will have to pay to exit. This is unfortunately out of our control.

Spirit Internet

Spirit Internet has completed the installation of their ultra-fast internet at Southport Central. Southport Central are pleased to be able to present this new network as another option for Southport Central residents.

It has an Optical Fibre feed into the site and internet access is distributed throughout each high-rise tower via a high speed Ethernet network. Your unit can be directly connected to this network without the need to connect to the legacy telephone wiring.
